This Gift Voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, is non-transferable and non-refundable. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings are necessary. Cancellation of a booking within 7 days of arrival will render the voucher null & void. Terms & Conditions are subject to change. Validity - Friday – Saturday subject to availability. Please be advised that we will automatically reserve you a dining time unless you have been in touch to specify otherwise. A 5% service levy is added to all accounts on departure, with 100% of this charge being distributed to staff. We aim to cater for food intolerances and allergies provided they are mentioned at time of booking. Spa access will only be granted from 2pm on the day on check in until 12pm on the day of check out unless stated otherwise. Supplements may apply to certain dishes and beverages are not included.
